Custom Design Service

Need a part that doesn't exist, or one you can't find on this site? We design and make one-off and small-batch parts, built from a 3D scan so they fit your car exactly.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Email us the car, the part you're after, and a few photos of the area it fits. Broken factory piece, discontinued part, or something that's never existed. All fair game.

  2. 02

    3D scan

We scan the mounting area (or the original part) so the design starts from the real geometry, not guesswork. Local cars can be scanned in person; for remote jobs we can often work from a shipped part.

  3. 03

    Design & prototype

The part is modelled in CAD against the scan, then prototyped and test-fitted. You see it before anything goes to production.

  4. 04

    Final part

Once the fit is right, we make the final part in a finish that suits the job. If other owners need it too, it can join the catalog.

What we can take on

Interior trim and modules, gauge pods, brackets and mounts, ducting and intake pieces, restoration panels for parts that no longer exist. If it bolts to, clips into, or sits inside a car, it's worth asking. Every part in our catalog started exactly this way.

From the scanner

A look at the process behind the parts: raw scans, scan-to-CAD fitment work, and finished designs sitting on the geometry they were built from.
